Please note that all rates are quoted in US$.

A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure the reservation dates. The remainder of the Rental Fee will be collected upon arrival at the Apartment and receipt of keys from the Property Manager.

Payment is usually accepted in US$ or the Barbados equivalent
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Refundable Damage Deposit - US$100 (see notes below)
Refundable Electrical Deposit - US$125 (see notes below)

A 25% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure the reservation dates.

Electrical Charges are included in your rate up to a usage charge of US$25 for the period of your stay. If your usage for the period goes above US$25, we will deduct the excess from your deposit and refund the balance if applicable. A deposit is required before or upon arrival (see Additional Fees listed above).

A refundable damage deposit is collected before or upon arrival and will be refunded at your departure once checks of the apartment are done and the keys handed over.
