Our Property
This rental property is a cozy one (1) bedroom apartment (approx. 550 square feet) with living/dining room, bathroom, kitchenette and patio. The apartment is located on the ground level amongst other units designed in rows of three, four or six sharing a common garden and parking area. The unit has a secure patio.
The apartment is centrally located in Holetown, St. James (the second largest town on the island). Getting around is fairly easy with the islands’ bus service. A Bus Stop is located less than a block from the apartment. The Sandy Crest Medical Centre is located at the end of the avenue, within a minute’s walk from the apartment.

The bedroom is outfitted with 2 twin beds, closet, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Iron and ironing board are provided.

Swimming pool access is located about 7 minutes walk from the apartment. Local Beaches are within easy reach; including the world renowned Sandy Lane beach which is about 10 minutes walk from the Apartment.

The Sunset Mall is literally 3 minutes walk to the south. The area has a local bank, duty free shopping and food outlets. If you head north, you will pass through the Chattel Village shopping strip then the West Coast Mall which has a supermarket, pharmacy; local & duty free shopping and is directly across from the Police Station, Library, Gas Station and Bank; further along is the newly built Limegrove Lifestyle Center with branded shops Louis Vuitton, Longchamp, Burberry, Ralph Lauren etc

If you want to experience more unique local activities, take a ride along the breathtakingly rugged East Coast to the famous Soup Bowl at Bathsheba, you might also come across locals fishing off the cliffs. The craft markets are another great way to get a wash of culture, there is Holder's Craft Market on a Sunday, Briton & Arts Splash on Saturdays.
